Stuff you should know

Here is some general stuff that may help you, in no particular order just as I thought of it.

YOU are responsible for any copyright infringements that may take place in the process of selling your albums, and as such, you should look up the ins and outs of doing so. It isn't that expensive to register an album with MCPS in order to cover yourself should a problem arise. It is very rare that these problems actually do arise at 'club' level but you may want to check it out any way.

I have spent a great deal of money on great equipment during setting up this service and it will copy your master exactly how it comes..... so please make sure you are happy before submitting it for copying, mistakes cannot be rectified on discs. You get back EXACTLY what we are given.

Postage is charged at exactly what it costs us to send it* and that cost is over and above the costs of reproduction.

Royal mail normally take 2-3 days but overnight can be arranged at extra cost

*Those profits should be made by the Post Office not vendors !!!

Any faulty goods would be replaced immediately either to you or directly to your customer at our expense (including postage) I think we've had 4 in the last 4 years and 2 of those have been the customer's player.

If you are not sure about recording youself I would recommend contacting someone that can. It would be an awful shame to spoil a great opportunity for a few quid and it REALLY isn't as expensive as you think.

Remember my warning on page 1 and even if you don't place any orders with me ...keep it in mind because its happening more & more since the advent of home disc printers, most of that ink will smudge from just a sweaty hand!.

After being caught out a couple of times ALL samples of your work now arrives with SAMPLE printed across it ....sorry but my design has now been photocopied and used twice without me having been paid anything for my work .....and thats not how it should happen !

MDCRepros reserves all rights to any design work supplied and can and will (and is already doing) take appropriate action to protect such work.
